Autograph manuscript treatise on trigonometry and geometry and applications in construction of buildings and fortifications. The text is extensively illustrated with watercolored drawings of geometric diagrams, allegorical figures, buildings, and diagrams of fortifications after methods of Vauban. One sheet of notes by a former owner is laid in.
